The Hitchin’ Post offers a private, all-in-one wedding setting designed to make your day seamless and stress-free. With both indoor and outdoor spaces available, couples can host their entire celebration in one beautiful location.

Your rental includes access to:

A covered outdoor ceremony space with seating for up to 150 guests
A barn reception space featuring both upper and lower levels
On-site restrooms, including handicap-accessible option

All wedding packages include tables, chairs, and linens, ample on-site parking with attendants, and exclusive use of the property on your wedding day. Couples also receive support from an on-site coordinator, a final planning meeting, licensed bartenders, and full clean-up following the event.

Additional décor options, upgrades, and services are available to help customize your celebration. Our goal is to create a smooth, enjoyable experience so you can focus on celebrating with the people who matter most.

Guest Capacity

Our standard guest capacity accommodates up to 150 guests.

Expanded guest counts of 151–180 guests are available for an additional $250 fee.

The Hitchin’ Suite
Our private on-site suite offers a comfortable space to relax, prepare, and unwind during your wedding weekend. The suite is included with select packages and may also be booked separately when available.

Campground
Guests may also take advantage of our on-site campground, featuring 27 all-ages campsites available for seasonal and short-term stays—perfect for turning your wedding into a full weekend getaway.

Planning & Booking

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your date
A final planning meeting is held 30 days prior to the wedding
Couples may use any licensed vendor of their choice (additional documentation may be required)
All alcohol must be purchased and served through The Hitchin’ Post
